At XCLUSIV ORGANICS, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. That’s why we have created a return and refund policy to ensure that our customers can shop with confidence.

Eligible Items for Return:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 10 days from the date you received the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories still attached. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process, which may include sending the item back to us through a carrier service. For most customers, you can initiate a return from your customer account or order detail. We require a 20% restocking fee for all returns.


Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • All Cosmetic Raw Materials are final sale. You can request or purchase a sample if needed.
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that are not in their original packaging
  • Items that do not have all tags and accessories

Refunds

For qualifying items, once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We charge a restocking fee that is 20% of the total purchase price.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in rare cases where the shipped item is different from what was ordered.

Return Label
